These are fundamental questions we need to explore and address, especially as managers of teams and leaders of organizations. Extensive documented research proves we are most often unaware of our biases. If unchecked, these biases could lead to groupism and favoritism, gut feel decision making, a non-inclusive and often toxic workplace. This program helps you explore why biases exist, what are the different kinds of biases and how they manifest at the work place, most importantly how to minimize and deal with unconscious biases.

Most of us believe our decisions are guided by our rational thinking. This program helps build awareness on the theme of unconscious biases and how they show up in different aspects of our personality and behavior.
